Header Image: No stock images of gormless smiling people, something relevant to the startup, maybe a screenshot or two, maybe a metaphorical visualisation, etc
Header title: a number of things to choose from, UVP, problem, description, vision, goal or end-goal, major benefit tied to solution, (depends on overall audience predisposition)
Header sub-title: Something from point 2 (no mention of logo or company, annoying, just come to the site, can see the logo, no need to show the name again so soon)

Major benefits of the solution. Typically I will put the first CTA here, too early is just strange in this case, so I won’t do it. Again it does depend on the audience, niche, etc. You can get away with CTA a lot earlier in some cases. If possible images of the SaaS, if not, then metaphorical

Benefits on their own, hype; live longer, last longer, die harder, (or more realistically, save time, save money, etc, etc, rinsed to death, doesn’t mean anything anymore). Benefits need to be verified as to where they came from, so benefits tied to features. Images here where possible will be of the SaaS

Social proof (previous customer logo, testimonials), but if none at the moment, so be it.
Maybe an FAQ (might not have information at this point to make one)
